OneCard Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a charge for the OneCard?

There is no charge for your initial card. However replacements cards incurs a fee of $20.
This includes, lost, stolen, misplaced, or misrepresented photos from our online photo upload system.

How long will it take once my OneCard On-Line Application is submitted?

Most cards will be ready for pickup the next business day.

What is the largest file size I can upload?

Your photo should be no more than 6MB.

What photo file types do you accept?

JPEG, Gif, and Tiff. JPEG is recommended.

What happens if the photo I supply does not meet the requirements specified by this website?

Your application for a OneCard will be delayed. You will receive an email indicating the reason why the photo is not acceptable and will have to either re-upload another picture or visit the OneCard Office to have your card manually produced.

How do I get a replacement card?

If you lose your card, immediately contact the OneCard Office.
